Dr Cynthia Gray is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency of Australia (APHRA) and holds a practice endorsement in clinical psychology. 

Cynthia has over 20 years of professional experience and she provides individual psychological therapy to adults aged 18 years and over. Cynthia has extensive experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, perinatal distress, stress, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, insomnia, grief and loss, and adjustment to physical illness. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals affected by cancer including those newly diagnosed or living with chronic illness.

Prior to qualifying as a psychologist, Cynthia worked for many years as a registered nurse and midwife. This background informs her holistic understanding of the interaction between physical and mental health. Cynthia adopts a warm, respectful and client centred approach tailoring evidence-based treatment to meet each client’s individual needs. She is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
