Melissa is a Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar who has completed a Master of Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Melissa values collaboration and ensures that therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs, combining evidence-based approaches with relational perspectives.
Melissa has experience across hospitals, private practice, and schools, working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She brings a lighthearted and approachable style to her work, recognising the importance of humour alongside reflection and growth.

Melissa integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Circle of Security, and Schema Therapy. Guided by attachment and relational principles, she supports clients in building understanding, resilience, and meaningful connections with themselves and others.
