PRONOUNS: She/Her
Paulina is a registered psychotherapist and relationships counsellor, fully trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals (EFIT) and Couples (EFCT). She also contributes to the training of other therapists within the EFT framework.
Paulina has a deep, and enduring passion for understanding the human mind. She welcomes clients into a safe, non-judgemental space where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while feel seen, understood and accepted.
Having lived in multiple countries and engaged with diverse, complex communities in authentic and meaningful ways, as well as her own lived experience as a neurodivergent (AuDHD), Paulina understands that every individual is inherently unique. She embraces difference as something to be honoured, not judged or fixed. With warmth and compassion at the core of her practice, she welcomes each client’s unique struggles in a therapeutic space that is inclusive, affirming, and respectful of all identities and experiences.
She has a special interest in relationships and attachment – whether it’s the relationship we have with ourselves or with others. She gently supports clients in moving beyond stuck patterns that may hinder a fulfilling life. With deep attentiveness to each client’s inner world, she helps explore emotional blocks and nurtures greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and emotional resilience. Her aim is to support clients in building safe, meaningful lives enriched by deep and authentic connections. For Paulina, holding space for clients to connect with and deepen their emotional experience is the most meaningful and rewarding aspect of her work.
