Sage is a Provisional Psychologist currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology at QUT. She works from a relational perspective that values curiosity, compassion, and safety. Sage believes that much of our emotional pain and psychological struggle stems from disruptions in attachment, challenges to belonging, and the impact of trauma. Her therapeutic approach focuses on creating a secure and supportive space where clients can explore their stories, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing and growth.

Sage has experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across public health and private practice settings. She particularly enjoys working with parents and families, and has a growing interest in supporting parents during the perinatal and postnatal period. Sage is also passionate about working alongside neurodiverse individuals and families, drawing on her experience with ASD and ADHD across the lifespan. She values cultural humility and is committed to supporting people from diverse backgrounds, including migrants and those navigating grief, loss, life transitions, and adjustment following relocation.

Her therapeutic style integrates a range of evidence-based frameworks, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), chairwork psychotherapy, psychodynamic-informed practice, Bowen’s Intergenerational Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Circle of Security-informed practice. With children, she often incorporates play-based approaches to support emotional expression, communication, and connection.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they strengthen their relationships, reconnect with belonging, and discover new ways of being. Sage hopes clients feel more empowered, compassionate toward themselves, and able to embrace versions of themselves that feel authentic, accepted, and whole.

Sage’s diary is currently closed to new clients.
