Sarah works across the lifespan with people, their relationships and families. She provides a safe, warm, empathic and non-judgemental space during sessions where clients feel comfortable to explore their psychological and emotional experiences.

Her approach in relationship therapy is collaborative and focuses on helping her clients develop awareness and understanding of themselves as individuals towards building stronger relationships.

She has worked in diverse roles and a variety of settings, supporting the needs of autistic people in Brisbane and Singapore. She has worked as a teacher-aide, inclusion support assistant, job coach, and as a psychologist at the Institute of Mental Health, an acute psychiatric hospital in Singapore, where she worked with adults diagnosed with autism and/or intellectual disability. Sarah’s interest in supporting the needs of the autistic community motivated her to investigate and research parenting factors that predict current adjustment in autistic adults. Her current research focuses on parental acceptance and understanding and its impacts to autistic wellbeing.
